Key elements of the program
School Cluster-Based Approach – 4-5 schools within the same area bring 15 students each to participate in this transformative 5-week program.
Rotating School Hosts – Each week, a different school hosts the session, allowing students to experience new environments, perspectives, values, and customs.
Facilitated by Accredited Youth Companions – Trained Highway Youth Companions lead meaningful discussions, group activities, and reflective conversations that foster deep connection and understanding.
A Unique Shared Experience – Each session includes engaging group activities, world learning experiences, and a shared meal to strengthen community and meaningful connections.
