Not Feeling Right about Yourself and Life ?

We get it. It's perfectly normal. At Highway, we help young people connect to themselves, with others, and the world by helping you deeply connect to your own voice and uncover what is inspiring, hopeful, and important to you. Sometimes, it is hard to see that for yourself. Sitting with other young people who have been through that journey can be life-changing and healing. Our Highway Youth Facilitators are gifted, trained volunteers who are not mentors, counsellors, or coaches but who have experienced the impact of Highway in their own lives. They hold safe, confidential, inviting, and comforting spaces for you to be "just yourself. We believe you have all the answers, you just need a sounding board to uncover them for yourself. Over 1,000 young people have been through our programs and our overwhelming testimonials and abundant feedback speak for themselves.

This is your spiritual journey to finding your true path in life, your voice, and the confidence to live the best life possible. At Highway, spirituality is feeling connected to who you are and how you show up in the world. You do not have to be religious to be spiritual. Taking the time to know yourself

Uncovering what is important to you or working through something that is difficult is not done overnight. It is a journey. You are taking the time to understand yourself. That is why a 60-minute Highway Companion Session or a Highway Journey which is made of four 90-minute weekly sessions online can make quite a difference to your self-belief and perspective.

"I would recommend it to young people who feel their voices and stories don't matter or don't deserve to be heard. Highway was a great way for me to express myself and share things I couldn't share with family or friends, and having someone who listened and valued my thoughts was so helpful because it is an important step to valuing oneself as well.
